5 At-Home Exercises For Surfers
Whilst the beaches around us stay closed until it's safe to return, that doesn't mean you can't get your body prepped and ready for when summer rolls around.
This week Physiotherapist Chris Tierney shared with us some great surf specific exercises to do from the safety of your at home and help get ready to head back into the water.
1. Hip/ Ankle Mobility
2. Reverse Lunge with Dissociative Trunk Movement
3. Bent-Over Row (paddle strength)
4. Mountain Climbers (pop-up control)
5. Surf Burpees
