COVID-19 Statement

Dear Pacific Boarder Customers,

We are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible and are monitoring the situation of COVID-19 as it continues to evolve.

As of Tuesday, March 24th, we will be temporarily closing all operations and NO LONGER ACCEPTING ONLINE ORDERS. We will remain closed until early April when we will reassess the situation further.

For purchases made between March 1st and 24th 2020, it will be possible to exchange, get a credit or a refund for 30 days following the re-opening of our stores.

During this time, we are operating with a smaller team and questions regarding current orders will be prioritized over general inquiries. 

Our team will be available for limited hours between Monday-Friday via email ONLY at support@pacificboarder.com.

We appreciate your ongoing support during this uncertain time and are working to serve you at full capacity as soon as it is safely possible.
