We ship within Canada.
Please note: orders shipped via third-party parcel forwarding services outside of Canada are shipped at the risk of the customer.
- HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
If your order total is $99 or more before taxes, you're eligible for free shipping within Canada on almost all items. Bikes are excluded from this policy as we cannot ship them.
As we are unable to ship larger items such as Surfboards via Canada Post we cannot offer free shipping for these items at this time.
Special Orders are subject to conditions. Please contact us for more information.
- HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO SHIP AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 3-4 business days after placing your order. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know. Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for national holidays/ weekends. Due to security restrictions, we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses.
- HOW DO I CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click the cart (top right) and generate a shipping quote by inputting your information in the bottom right before you check out.
- DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK-UP?
Yes! Select 'In-Store Pickup' from the Sipping Options at checkout and your order will be ready for pickup within 2-3 business days across the street from our Kitsilano store. Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat-Sun 11am-5pm.
