In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

75D x 170D recycled polyester ripstop and a 3L DRYVENT™ Mono build give The North Face Women's Dragline Jacket a cleaner, more technical feel than most resort shells—seam-sealed waterproof protection backed by a tricot interior and finished with a Non-PFC DWR.
The North Face rounds out the Women’s Dragline Jacket with exposed #5 YKK® VISLON® AquaGuard® zips, underarm venting for quick heat dumps, and an attached helmet-compatible hood with a riveted cord-lock adjustment system. Dual-entry oversize hand pockets, secure-zip chest pockets with cord routing, a wrist pocket with goggle wipe and integrated pass pouch, plus a powder skirt with gripper elastic and jacket-to-pant clip keep storm-day essentials locked down.
