Items purchased in-store and on PacificBoarder.com are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date. Customers have up to 30 days after the original purchase date to receive an exchange or store credit.

All returned items must be in their original condition, original packaging, unused/unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt.

We accept in-store returns at our retail location in Kitsilano for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

In-store returns are subject to our standard return policy.

Online purchases can be returned in person at one of our retail locations.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Pacific Boarder's part. Please contact our customer service before shipping a return. We also recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items discounted at 45% off or more
  • Undergarments
  • Special orders and price matches

restocking fee may apply to:

  • Online purchases returned in-store that originally qualified for free shipping
  • Returns made outside the standard return policy
  • Returns of 50% or more of the total order value or item quantity
  • Late cancellations

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend visiting one of our store for a better fit and to avoid restocking fees.

Orders that have already been fulfilled or placed more than 36 hours prior to your request may be subject to a restocking fee.
