In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

GORE-TEX Recycled 2-Layer Poly + PFAS Free and fully taped seams give the Volcom Women's Fern Insulated Gore-tex Pullover that locked-in storm coverage most pullovers miss. Recycled low-loft insulation (80/60g) plus a taffeta lining keeps warmth consistent without feeling bulky, and the YKK® AquaGuard® water repellent zipper helps shut out wet snow.
The relaxed, mid-length fit pairs a hinged hood with hidden toggle cinch and peripheral adjustment for cleaner coverage, while mesh-lined zippered vents dump heat fast. A 2-way side opening zipper makes on/off easier, and Zip Tech® Jacket to Trousers Interface with an adjustable powder skirt tightens the seal. Finish it off with V-Science 2 Way Cuff System, Lycra hand gaiters, and dialed storage including a left sleeve pass pocket, tricot-lined handwarmer pockets, and a Noise Pocket.
