Holiday Hours and Return Policy

Start your holiday shopping early this season to get the best selection of gear and avoid missing out!

Our online shipping deadline is for national shipping: December 10, for ground shipping December 14.

Last day for guaranteed in-store order pickup is December 23, 2025.

Note: No In-Store Pickups, Returns or Exchanges on December 26 and 27.

We strongly recommend ordering gifts before December 10, 2025, for a better chance of receiving them in time for the holidays.

After December 14 we recommend shopping with us in-store or shopping online and selecting In-Store Pickup by December 23, 2025 to avoid disappointment.

Effective from December 1, 2025. No returns or exchanges on December 26 or 27, 2025.

IN-STORE 

We will accept returns until Monday, January 5, 2025 for a full refund. Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt, product must be unworn with the tags still attached. Removal of price is ok, however barcode must still be attached. Returns can only be put back onto the original form of payment. 

Exchanges/Gift returns will be accepted until Monday, January 19, 2026 or 30 days from purchase date – whichever is later, for the same value or store credit gift card. Product must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt. Product must be unworn with the tags still attached. Removal of price is ok, however barcode must still be attached. 

ONLINE 

Returns will be accepted until January 19, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later. Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
