RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

A true twin outline pairs with an asymmetrical quadratic sidecut to balance heel-to-toe response, while the Performance™ Core blends Aspen, Bamboo, and Paulownia for a strong yet weight-conscious platform. Carbon Slim Walls and Carbon Array™ 3 laminates channel energy directly to the contact points, sharpening response without sacrificing control.
Hybrid glass—triaxial over biaxial—keeps torsional flex balanced, backed by Double Impact Plates for durability under repeated landings. The sintered 4000 base is stone ground for speed and consistency, while Cleave Edge™ steel edges boost durability and tune-ability. Built by RIDE as Reid Smith’s pro model, the Benchwarmer is precise, snappy, and unapologetically aggressive.
