In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

All-terrain performance and moisture management define the Vans Women’s Hi-Country Snowboard Boots, built around a responsive shell with a soft microsuede cuff and tongue and a flex range that adapts from aggressive lines to technical terrain. The Vans Flex Control System with removable Hytrel tongue stiffeners and the PowerCuff Strap allow on-the-fly flex tuning, while the asymmetrical flex zone promotes natural knee movement and precise edge control.
Inside, the V3 UltraCush™ The North Face FlashDry™ liner delivers fast-drying comfort, reinforced by a neoprene forefoot, updated X-cage, and V3 Harness for locked-in heel hold. A V3 PopCush™ footbed with OrthoLite® and TPU arch support absorbs impact, and the V3 Superenduro Waffle Outsole adds multi-directional traction for confident travel beyond the resort. The Vans Hi-Country pairs technical confidence with a clean, functional aesthetic.
