In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

A textile and synthetic upper pairs with the Instep Flex Zone and PleasureCuff for natural ankle flexion, while the V1 UltraCush™ Liner uses a dual-density, heat-moldable core and neoprene toe box to lock in comfort and heel hold.
Underfoot, the PopCush™ Footbed delivers advanced impact protection with 3D anatomical shaping and a moisture-wicking nylex top sheet. The V1 Waffle Lug outsole with All-Trac cold weather rubber balances boardfeel and traction, while a medium flex (4–5) keeps the Vans Encore OG responsive yet forgiving for all-mountain and park-focused riding.
