HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

If your order total is CA$99* or more before taxes, you're eligible for free shipping within Canada on almost all items. Surfboards/Non-Inflatable SUPs are excluded from our free shipping policy however if you have any questions about surf delivery please get in touch with us.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship within Canada.

Please note: orders shipped via third-party parcel forwarding services outside of Canada are shipped at the risk of the customer.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post within 2-3 business days after placing your order. If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know. Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for national holidays/ weekends. Due to security restrictions, we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses.

HOW DO I CALCULATE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Once you've added an item to your cart, you can click the cart (top right) and generate a shipping quote by inputting your information in the bottom right before you check out.

DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICK-UP?

Yes! Select 'In-Store Pick-Up' from the Shipping Options at checkout and your order will be ready for pick-up within 2-3 business days across the street from our Kitsilano store. Pick-Up hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat-Sun 11am-5pm.
