The Burton [ak] Dispatcher is a hybrid vest pack that sits snugly against your body, which is exactly what you want when the descent gets aggressive. Think of it as the pack that stays out of your way so you can focus on the line.
Thirteen liters covers your essential backcountry gear, with an external helmet carry system for the uphill. Up front, a radio or device pocket sits on the chest, and mesh dump pockets hold a beanie or sunscreen for quick grabs. The Cordura pack fabric keeps weight down while holding up to the abuse.
