Mitts that stay on are a parent's dream, and these gauntlets come close. The long cuff can go over or under a jacket sleeve, so snow has a harder time finding its way in at the wrist. Think of it as the mitt for a full afternoon on the sled hill.
Start with the warmth. Hi Loft insulation is 100% recycled polyester, rated 110/280g. A 200g fleece lining sits against the skin for a softer, cozier feel. The shell is 100% polyester with a PFC-free DWR finish, so wet snow has a harder time soaking in. Synthetic suede palms, 100% polyurethane, handle the wear from ropes and snowballs. One hand is all it takes to cinch the cuff snug.
