In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Conda™ liner lacing system, powered by the BOA® Fit System dial, secures a personalized fit by pulling the heel into the boot's pocket, complemented by an articulating cuff for reduced distortion during knee flexion. The H4 Coiler BOA® Fit System focuses on the instep, providing unrivaled heel hold and swift edge response. With an abrasion-resistant rubber compound, Endo™ technology for durability, and a proprietary This Grips!™ rubber outsole integrated with Harshmellow™ foam for excellent grip and vibration dampening, these boots offer a perfect balance of performance and resilience. The Intuition® Control Foam 3D liner, reinforced rubber upper, 3D formed EVA footbed, and Harshmellow™ vibration damping further contribute to an all-encompassing snowboarding experience.
