In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The L1 Ventura Jacket combines bold, 90s-inspired streetwear design with modern performance, featuring an oversized fit and high-performance 20/20k recycled nylon crinkle and micro ripstop fabric for weather resistance on the slopes or in the city. Functional details include a two-way Vislon front zip, mesh-lined underarm vents, adjustable hood and hem, and a jacket-to-pant snap-away powder skirt to keep snow at bay. Storage and convenience are maximized with multiple pockets, including a pass pocket in the sleeve and a stretch mesh goggle pocket, while stretch wrist gaiters add warmth and comfort.
