RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Doughboy, a product of Mike Olson’s innovative vision, integrates a longer camber profile with a fixed stance for a ride that excels in powder, hardpack, and icy conditions. This snowboard features a high-performance blend of a sintered base, a 75% Aspen and 25% Paulownia core, and durable UHMW sidewalls and tip/tail impact deflection, providing resilience and responsiveness. Enhanced with Magne-Traction serrated edges and eco-friendly sublimated graphics, the Doughboy merges classic design with modern technology for an exceptional freestyle experience.
