In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

Built for precision and support, the Nidecker Altai snowboard boot combines a mid-stiff flex with an asymmetrical upper to reduce pressure points and enhance natural flex. The Dual-Dial BOA® system with H4 Coiler provides micro-adjustable control across separate zones, reinforced by an External Heel Lock that secures the ankle. A heat-moldable Silver Liner with PU reinforcement and 3D Dual Density EVA insole ensures comfort, stability, and insulation, while the lightweight Gravity+ outsole delivers cushioning and dependable grip with a rubber toe for traction during icy approaches.
