In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

The Nidecker Women’s Venus Snowboard is built with a subtle directional twin shape and a 10 mm setback, giving it strong all-mountain versatility with added float in softer snow. Its CamRock hybrid profile delivers reliable edge hold through camber while rocker zones in the nose and tail enhance turn initiation and switch performance. A lightweight Master Core reinforced with Triax Plus fiberglass and Pop Carbon inlays provides responsive flex, stable torsional control, and added pop. Finished with an N-5000 extruded base and vibration-absorbing Absorbnid topsheet, it balances durability, smooth ride quality, and dependable performance across variable terrain.
