Its 3-layer fabric is rated 15000mm waterproof, so you can stay out on the hill without that damp chill creeping in. Get into these before the first run and you'll mostly forget about them until the lifts close.
The details do the heavy lifting. Fully seam sealed construction keeps water out of the stitching, and a 15000 g/m²/24h breathability rating lets sweat escape when you're working hard. Inner boot gaiters with an elastic cuff keep snow out of your boots, and the calf drawcords let you snug the hem down over them.
