Shell pants can run warm, so the SGV Stacker Pant adds 22" mesh lined vents on the inseams. Open them when the heat builds, and the waterproof YKK zips on the vents close them back up when it's time to stay covered.
It's a 3L 20K cargo shell pant with 20k 3L water-resistant material and fully taped seams. Side pockets get the same waterproof YKK zips as the vents, and reinforced belt loops finish off the waistband.
