Smith takes its responsibility to the environment and the community seriously, and the Lowdown 2 CORE sunglass frame is an example of this. By using recycled post-consumer water bottles, Smith reduces its environmental footprint. Furthermore, polarized lenses and an embossed logo are incorporated, eliminating the use of adhesives. The packaging for the product is made entirely from 100% recycled materials, and a microfiber bag made from recycled plastic bottles is included.
