RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Impact-softening suspension runs through every part of the Union Men's Ultra Bindings. The Stage 11 ASYM Duraflex ST baseplate removes excess material at toe and heel for increased torsional flex, while the Moleculer Bushing w/ TPE Outsole and Non Stick + Extragrip gas pedal smooth out harsh landings.
The S15 Ultra Duraflex ST highback, Hybrid 1.0 ankle strap and TS 5.0 Ultragrip toe strap work together for a locked-in yet surfy feel. Finished with Magnesium S1 ratchets, Grade 8.8 steel hardware and NEW Tool-Less 3.0 strap adjustment, the 6/10 flex Union Ultra keeps things responsive but ultra-forgiving.
