In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*

The Hybrid Plus BOA® Custom Fit System combines zonal tightening with a Powercuff Strap for precise upper and lower boot control, while the durable leather and synthetic shell enhances weather protection. A waterproof zipper shroud and D-ring gaiter hook seal out snow and moisture, maintaining consistent performance in harsh winter conditions.
Inside, the V3 Ultracush™ liner with neoprene and EVA offers a heat-moldable, anatomical fit for superior comfort and support. The V3 PopCush™ footbed provides responsive cushioning, arch reinforcement, and airflow perforations for temperature regulation. 360° Heat Retention insulation keeps feet warm, while the V3 Waffle SuperEnduro outsole, inspired by motocross tread design, ensures confident grip and board feel.
