In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.

20,000mm / 20,000gm² waterproof/breathable performance with fully taped seams is the baseline on the Volcom Women's DLM Jacket—the kind of setup that doesn’t flinch when the weather turns from “snow” to “soaked.” The V-Science 2-Layer platform uses a recycled blend plain weave with PFAS Free DWR, and a taffeta lining keeps it clean inside for comfortable layering and all-day wear.
The baggy, mid-length fit keeps mobility high and coverage consistent, with a removable storm hood that cinches via a hidden toggle and fine-tunes with peripheral adjustment. Volcom rounds it out with a Super Suede chin guard, self-encased elastic cuffs and hem, and storage built for laps: brushed tricot handwarmers, goggle pocket, oversized internal mesh pockets, and a specialty ticket ring—plus Desiree Melancon collab details inside.
