RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The Meta’s low-profile shape is paired with 11 vents to keep air flowing, while the Dial Fit System lets you fine-tune your fit on the fly. Inside, the Tuned Fit padding lets you customize the feel even further, so whether you're weaving through traffic or pushing to your next stop, comfort and confidence stay locked in. Designed for riders who treat the city like their own personal skatepark.
