RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date and up to 30 days for a store credit.
Online returns are accepted up to 15 days after receiving your order and 30 days for store credit.
Orders shipped for free that are returned in-store may be subject to a restocking fee*
Returns will be accepted until January 19th, 2026 or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
Product must be in its original condition with tags and appropriate packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Holiday Hours & Information
The Backwoods snowboard is designed for powder and freeride enthusiasts who prefer steep terrain and trees. It has a wide nose, tapered tail, mid-stiff flex, and a Freeride camber-dominant profile, with only 10mm of setback. This combination makes it agile in trees, reliable on rough snow, and buoyant in deep powder. The board's core is made of poplar and bamboo stringers for a smooth and surfy feel, while tip-to-tail carbon stringers add extra pop. The Rugged Nylon topsheet is made from castor beans and provides durability and snow-shedding capabilities, while the Sintered 4001 base offers high-speed performance. This minimalist black design is easy to repair.
For touring, the Backwoods splitboard has a touring bracket positioned forward to make kick-turns easier. The board also features Karakoram UltraClips 2.0, which are latched actively and installed using holeless base technology, for a responsive ride. Overall, the Backwoods is an excellent choice for powder enthusiasts who want a board that performs well in variable conditions while exploring different powder stash locations.
